Hi, I’m Kaiden Meyers, and I started my maple syrup journey in 2019 at the age of 10. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a passion, and I haven’t looked back since. Maple syrup might seem like an expensive hobby, but it’s one that I’ve learned to love and every year, I learn something new. It’s been an exciting and rewarding experience, from tapping trees to boiling sap.

I handle everything from gathering the sap to monitoring the evaporation, and I do it all on my own, with support from my family along the way. Each year, I improve my technique, learn more about the art of syrup making, and fine-tune my equipment.

For me, this isn’t just about making syrup it’s about the whole process. It’s the connection to the land, the anticipation of spring, and the joy of sharing something that I’ve worked so hard to create. I’m excited to continue growing my knowledge, my skills, and of course, my syrup production each year!
